You are responsible for the routine upkeep of the premises and for maintaining all the equipment and appliances in good working order. The Owner is responsible for maintenance due to normal wear and tear. Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to meet the vendor assigned by Homemart Realty Group, Inc. I also realize that scheduling appointments may create delays in service response time due to conflicting schedules between myself and the vendor. In addition I realize if I schedule an appointments with a vendor which I do not keep, I will be responsible for the charge of the service call.
